Canadian engineering and construction services company SNC-Lavalin reacted to the global downturn in commodity prices with a major organisational restructuring intended to reduce its overheads and make the company more efficient. LACCA speaks to Charles Nieto, leader of the company’s mining and metallurgy legal department, to find out how the reorganisation affected his team in Latin America.
