GCs have reacted cautiously to a new law allowing companies to outsource their core activities to third parties, saying greater clarity is needed over the potential liabilities they may incur.
LACCA membership is open to lawyers working in-house and directly employed at a company, who do not offer their services for a fee. Membership is free of charge. Find out more….
