Pharma group GSK hires new data privacy counsel

Pharmaceuticals giant GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) has hired Catherine Baena Martínez, the former legal and data privacy counsel for Latin America at financial services provider PayU, as its new data privacy counsel. Baena speaks to LACCA about the challenges in-house counsel face in this era of data privacy enlightenment.
