After seven years at Chilean energy company Transelec, Francisco Brotfeld has decided to set up a new boutique firm specialising in environmental matters, energy and natural resources. He tells LACCA about the difficulties of unclear regulations in the energy sector, challenges he faced at Transelec, and the most important lessons he learnt as an in-house counsel.
