GCs in Latin America spend a substantial amount of time and money on litigation. Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) can therefore be an effective means of reducing the litigation load while keeping costs down, but which is the best method? Delegates at LACCA’s annual meeting in São Paulo discussed some of the practical issues to consider when deciding whether or not to take a case to court.
