Adriana Cardinali, special projects legal manager at Brazil’s largest cement company Votorantim Cimentos, talks LACCA through the proactive steps she took to implement a robust compliance framework and create a culture of ethics at the company worldwide, leading her to win this year’s Compliance Counsel of the Year Award.
