Peru’s anti-corruption reform will boost the economy but won’t solve corruption, say lawyers



Peru’s proposed anti-corruption reform has GCs and private practice lawyers confident that construction work will finally pick up after the period of stagnation that has swept the nation thanks to Lava Jato investigations, but contention surrounds whether the new reform is enough to encourage companies to improve internal compliance.
