Compliance: Good is not good enough

It has become abundantly clear that when it comes to creating an ethics and compliance programme, companies can no longer afford to settle and “good” is simply no longer good enough. Isabel Franco of KLA - Koury Lopes Advogados and Adriana Cardinali of Votorantim Cimentos led a session at this year’s LACCA São Paulo meeting to identify exactly what separates a “good” programme from a “great” one.
